There are only two ways of moving faster throught the water - decrease resistance and increase propulsion. To do either or both optimally, it is imperative that the body be strenghtened and aligned properly. To that end, dryland work is critical for any swimmer trying to reach his or her potential.

It takes approximately an hour for a Four Stroke video session (approximately 25 minutes to capture and 35 minutes of analysis). For one stroke it takes about 30 minutes for the entire process. During the analysis we will review the technique of world class performers and find those areas where the swimmer can begin to make positive changes. After the session I will create a DVD for you to review at home.
